Secure Check Images

Want a quick way to answer the age old questions, "Who did I write that check to? What was the dollar amount? Did the check clear?" Now you can conveniently and securely view your checks online, anytime you want, as soon as they have cleared. With check images online, you no longer need to request a check copy, pay a fee, and wait days to receive it in the mail.

You can securely view the front and back of your cleared checks anytime it's convenient for you, helping you to stay organized with your finances. Please note: some check images may not be available due to the payee converting your paper check to a electronic transmission. If a copy of that check is required, please contact the payee.

To View a Check Image:

1. Go to www.southernmass.com and log in to Credit Union Online.
2. Click "Account Access" then "Checking" under the Account Title.
3. Click the check number of the cleared check you'd like to view (under the Check # column).
4. Click "Back" to view the back of the check.
