To Enroll in eStatements:
1. Go to www.southernmass.com and log in to Credit Union Online.
2. Click "eStatements."
3. Read and accept the eStatement Disclosure form.
4. You can now view your statements online beginning with your next statement cycle.
To View an eStatement:
1. Go to www.southernmass.com and log in to Credit Union Online.
2. Click "eStatements."
3. A list of your viewable statements will appear.
4. Click the icon next to the account statement you want to view.
When you sign up for eStatements, your monthly/quarterly statement will no longer be mailed to you. If you decide you would rather receive statements by regular mail after you sign up for eStatements online, you will need to opt out of eStatements which you can do at anytime by calling the credit union.
